1. 9 nights of accommodation:
For hotels as listed in the itinerary: twin or double beds; two people per room
For 3 nights on Celestyal inside stateroom: two people per room
2. All transportation costs including: fuel, tolls, parking, cruise harbour tax. One domestic flight in Turkiye.
3. tour guide, team leader plus driver accommodation and meal subsidies.
4. All meals include: unlimited drinks tickets on the cruise, and within Turkey, restaurant meals as well as a bottle of water per day per person, 4 people share one big bottle of mineral water

1. International flights: from your departure country to and from Istanbul Turkiye (IST) airport
2. Visa Fees: for Turkey and Greece tourist visas (though we can help you to apply)

4. Tips: they are 10USD per day for tour guide, team leader and driver (please give the team leader a fixed 10USD * 13 days = 130USD)
5. Driver and tour guide overtime, (should not be over 10 hours per day, otherwise please add 50USD per hour to cover this)
6. Extra single room charges of 1100USD (if people placed together request to live in separate rooms)
7. Upgrade fees for hotels or cruise rooms
8. Over weight charges for luggage, private service fees, and other personal expenses
The trip is Day2 gathering in IST airport, and ends Day14 in IST airport (total 12 nights of accommodation). Accommodation for before or after the trip, pickup and drop off services is not included. These can be requested and are subject to an extra fee.

Refund and cancellation notice: (for individuals)
After the tour registration is confirmed, cancellations can be refunded according to the below:
1. Those who cancel the tour 75 days before departure will be refunded in full
2. Those who cancel the tour 46 days to 74 days before, will be refunded 70%
3. Those who cancel the tour 31days to 45 days before, will be refunded 50%
4. Those who cancel the tour 21days to 30 days before, will be refunded 30%
5. Those who cancel the tour 20days before, will be refunded 0%
* If visa and flight tickets are booked before the cancellation time, administration and non-recoupable costs will be charged.

1.Single bedrooms are for single use only. Single rooms are smaller then double rooms. They do not have double beds. Thankyou for your understanding
2. If three people per room, it is normally a double bed plus a single bed. Many hotels only allow this for children under 12 years old, such as 1 adult +2 children or 2 adults +1 child. The additional beds are typically foldable, sofa, or camp beds. We do not recommend three people share a room
3. Due to fire regulations, you are not allowed additional beds for 12 year olds and above. For 2 to under 12 year olds require extra beds. Under 2s do not require them. The precise details vary by hotel
4. Rooms are not identically sized. Some standard rooms may be upgraded at the hotel’s discretion. This is not something under our control, and we still impartially provide the same level of service. Thankyou for your understanding
